Privacy Policy / Terms and Conditions

Our family of companies includes IWA Wine Accessories, Epic Products, Le Cache Wine Cabinets, CellarPro Cooling Systems and WineKeeper, all of which are focused on wine-related products and accessories. When you opt in at one of our companies, you may receive communications from our related companies based on your preferences, interests and behavior. Our companies are committed to respecting your privacy, and you may “Opt Out” at any time from our communications, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy and the protection of your personal and financial information is important to us. We use the information that we collect on our site to provide you with superior shopping and customer service. If you place an order with us, your information will be processed in an accurate, secure and timely manner.

When you place an order with us, we ask you to provide both personal and financial information. We use the personal information to ship your order to you, contact you about any issue involving your order, and occasionally send you information about our company and our products.   • Our product pricing will be simple, straightforward and easy-to-understand.
  • We will send to you a notification that confirms your order immediately after you place your order.
  • If we have it in stock, we will ship your wine unit within 5 business days from the time you place your order.
  • If your item is not in stock, we will notify you immediately and provide an estimated date of shipment.
  • We will not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped<./li>
  • We will email Order Tracking information after your order is shipped.

Cancellation Policy

If you purchase your unit from WineKeeper, you may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund, provided that your order has not been shipped. If you want to cancel your order, please call Customer Service at 1.855.511.5113. If you purchase the unit from one of our authorized dealers, please refer to that dealer's cancellation policy for more information.

Return Policy

If you purchase your unit from WineKeeper and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange, refund or credit. To initiate a return, call us at 1.855.511.5113. Merchandise must be returned in new condition, upright and in its original packaging. Unless the wrong item was shipped or the item arrives with damage, you are responsible for arranging the return shipment of the product, original shipping charges will not be refunded and a 25% restocking fee will be assessed. If you purchase your unit from one of our authorized dealers, please refer to that dealer's return policy for more information.

We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the returned item is damaged or shows signs of wear and tear. If an item is returned with damage, the cost to repair or replace the item will be deducted from the refund. Therefore, we recommend insurance when you arrange for the return shipment of the product.

Shipping and Handling Charges

When you purchase a unit directly from WineKeeper, shipping costs will be charged based on contract rates from third-party freight carriers, plus a small handling charge that is intended to cover the cost of processing, handling and packaging your order. We do not attempt to make profits from shipping and handling charges. We consider cost, delivery speed and service, damage rates, and claims resolution processes when deciding which freight carrier to use. All our delivery quotes are for ground shipping. For faster delivery service, additional charges will apply. When you purchase a WineKeeper unit from an authorized dealer, shipping costs, freight carrier, and class of service will be determined by the dealer. Please note that some dealers mark-up shipping and handling charges.

In the Event of Freight Damage

You are responsible for inspecting the unit upon delivery. In the event it arrives with damage, you must contact us immediately. Failure to follow these instructions may result in a denied insurance claim and/or billings for nonrefundable freight charges.

All of the content on our websites and in our brochures are subject to trademark, service mark, trade dress, copyright and/or other intellectual property rights or licenses held by WineKeeper or one of its affiliates. The content on our websites and in our brochures are intended solely for personal, noncommercial use by the users of our site. You may download, copy, print, and store selected portions of our content provided you 1. use these copies of the content for your own personal, non-commercial use, 2. do not copy or post the content on any network computer or broadcast the content in any media, and 3. do not modify or alter the content in any way, or delete or change any copyright or trademark notice. No right, title, or interest in any downloaded or copied materials is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. WineKeeper reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in any content you download from our websites or copy from our brochures.

From time to time there may be information on our websites or in our brochures that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Accuracy of Colors

We have endeavored to photograph and display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, our products frequently have variations in color and we cannot guarantee that the images shown on our websites or in our brochures will exactly match the color of your wine cabinet or unit.
